End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Ink-Photo Animation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you” or “user”) regarding the use of the Cinematic Suturing mobile application (“App”).

By downloading or using this App, you agree to this Agreement and the applicable App Store or Google Play Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable App Store or Google Play terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any clinical, diagnostic, or patient-care activity
• Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

3. Medical Disclaimer

This App is for educational and training purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical education or supervised clinical practice.

Always follow accredited medical training and consult qualified professionals before performing any medical or suturing procedures.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, trademarks, and software included in the App are owned or licensed by Ink-Photo Animation and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

5. Third-Party Terms

The App may include links to or integrate with third-party services (including the App Store or Google Play). Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. App Store and Google Play Disclaimer

This Agreement is between you and Ink-Photo Animation, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

• Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ink-Photo Animation shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Artificial Intelligence

Any use of this app to train artificial intelligence is expressly prohibited. Under Article 4(3) of the Digital Single Market Directive 2019/790, we expressly reserve this app from the text and data mining exception.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
